ARMY

McDonnell Aerospace, Huntington Beach, California, is being awarded a $8,422,583 modification to a firm fixed price contract for the Kiowa Warrior Helicopter Mast Mounted Sight System. Work will be performed in Monrovia, California, and is expected to be completed by August 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on March 15, 1995. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California (DAAJ09-94-C-0152).

Coastal International Security, Incorporated*, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, is being awarded a $118,087 increment as part of a $5,408,280 (potential value is $17,162,529 if 4 options are exercised) cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for U. S. Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, Security and Law Enforcement Services. Work will be performed at U. S. Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 46 bids solicited on November 1, 1994 and 8 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Strategic Defense Command, Huntsville, Alabama (DASG60-95-C-0100).

Intergraph Corporation, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a delivery order amount of $1,982,508 as part of $5,191,832 cost plus fixed fee contract for the vector product format/production system (VPF/PS) which is part of the Digital Production System (DPS) for the mapping, charting and geodesy (MC&G) data base. The VPF/PS accesses DPS data from the MC&G data base and provides product finishing capability to produce VPS products. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama (80%), Reston, Virginia (10%) and St. Louis, Missouri (10%), and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on November 4, 1994. The contracting activity is the Defense Mapping Agency, Washington, D.C. (DMA800-95-D-8008).

NAVY

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded an advanced acquisition contract with a ceiling value of $93,000,000 for long lead items for FY 96 F/A-18C weapon systems requirements. Overall, 12 weapon systems will be procured. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-94-C-0084).

Litton Guidance and Control Systems, Northridge, California, is being awarded a $6,299,990 firm-fixed-price contract for 59 AN/APN-217(V)6 radar navigation systems. Work will be performed in Northridge, California, and is expected to be completed by August 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (74%), and the government of Egypt (26%), under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana, is the contracting activity (N00163-95-C-0124).

Sechan Electronics, Inc., Littiz, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $8,058,400 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-6153 for the procurement of 2,100 MK 39 Expendable Mobile Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Training Target (EMATT) production units, and related engineering services, support and data. Work will be performed in Littiz, Pennsylvania (70%), and Braintree, Massachusetts (30%), and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-94-C-6153).

John J. McMullen Associates, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $35,780,289 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for 750,000 man-hours of engineering and technical services to support new ship design, modification, conversion, and modernization for Naval Sea Systems Command programs and projects. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia (77%), New York, New York (5%), Virginia Beach, Virginia (4%), Arvonia, Virginia (2%), Clearbrook, Virginia (2%), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (2%), Reston, Virginia (1.4%), Gaithersburg, Maryland (1.4%), Fairfax, Virginia (1.3%), Falls Church, Virginia (1.3%), Rockville, Maryland (1%), Stevensville, Maryland (1%), Redmond, Washington (.3%), Fulton, Maryland (.1%), Sunnyvale, California (.1%), and Auburn Hills, Michigan (.1%), and is expected to be completed by June 1996. Contract funds in the amount of $1,100,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 125 proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-95-C-4180).

AIR FORCE

Johnson Technology, Muskegon, Michigan, is being awarded a $10,270,132 Firm Fixed Price contract for 6888 nozzle segments applicable to the F-110 engine on the B-1, B-2 and F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Twenty-seven firms were solicited and one proposal was received. Solicitation began May 1995 and negotiations were complete June 1995. Approximately 2% of this effort supports foreign military sales to Turkey. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is the contracting activity (F34601-95/C-0579).
