AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a$8,637,481 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract to extend by22 months Contractor Logistics Support for the Maintenance, Aircrew and WeaponsLoading Trainers supporting the B-2 aircraft, and incorporates the FightControl System Maintenance Trainer into that effort. The work will beperformed at Hughes Training Incorporation, Arlington, Texas (75%) and NorthropGrumman Corporation, B-2 Division, Pico Rivera, California (25%). Contract isexpected to be completed July 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the endof the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AirForce Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-92/C-3600, P00016).

ARMY

Martin Marietta Corporation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a$100,000 modification to a cost reimbursement contract for services forintegration of the Digital Topographic Support System (DTSS)/Quick ResponseMulticolor Printer (QRMP). Work will be performed Philadelphia, Pennsylvaniaand is expected to be completed by March 30, 1997. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contractsolicited on March 3, 1995. The contracting activity is the US Army Corps ofEngineers, Fort Belvoir, Virginia (DACA76-93-D-0001).

Battella, Columbus, Ohio, is being awarded a $500,000 increment as part of a$46,117,699 cost plus fixed fee contract for systems engineering, technical,and management support services for the Office of Special Technology. Workwill be performed in Columbus, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by April24, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscalyear. There were 148 bids solicited on August 16, 1995 and 5 bids received.The contracting activity is the US Army Test and Evaluation Command, AberdeenProving Ground, Maryland (DAAD05-96-D-7019).

Orange Shipbuilding Company, Incorporated, Orange, Texas, is being awarded a$3,537,992 modification to a firm fixed price 5 year indefinite quantitycontract for purchase of one ocean going tug boat to be used in coastal harborsand inland waterways - Fort Eustis, Virginia, Baltimore, Maryland, and Tacoma,Washington. ITT Electro-Optical Products Division, Roanoke, Virginia, is being awarded adelivery order amount of $9,922,324 as part of a $229,082,661 firm fixed pricecontract for spare parts for the AN/AVS-6 Aviator's Night Vision Goggle andAN/PVS-7 Ground Night Vision Goggle for program year four. Work will beperformed in Roanoke, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by November 30,1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.There were 28 bids solicited on May 1, 1992 and 3 bids received. NAVY

Orbital Sciences, Corporation, Germantown, Maryland, is being awarded a$8,696,984 modification to previously awarded contract N00163-95-C-0171 for theacquisition of the AN/ASQ-215 Digital Data Set consisting of 1,080 DataTransfer Module Units and 526 Interface Receptacle Units. Work will beperformed in Germantown, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by July1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This contract was competitively procured with 18 firms solicited and one offerreceived. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Indianapolis,Indiana, is the contracting activity.

Metric Systems Corporation, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is being awarded a$5,786,995 modification to previously awarded contract N00163-92-C-0231 for theprocurement of 90 A/E37T-35 test sets, 543 test adapter sets, 106 accessorycases and associated technical data. Work will be performed in Fort WaltonBeach, Florida, and is expected to be completed by April 1997. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract wascompetitively procured with 100 firms solicited and 17 offers received. TheNaval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana, is thecontracting activity.
