NAVY

Raytheon Systems, Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $43,380,954 modification to previously awarded firm fixed price contract N00019-97-C-0027 to exercise an option for the Sidewinder AIM-9X low rate initial production of 103 all up round missiles, 39 captive air training missiles, and other associated components. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by April 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp. Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Orlando, Fl., is being awarded a $15,779,804 modification to previously awarded firm fixed price contract N00019-00-C-0480 to exercise an option for the procurement of 48 first article operational test program sets for use with the AN/USM-636(V) Consolidated Automated Support System in support of the EA-6B aircraft (44 radar communications testers and four new electronic warfare test sets). Work will be performed in Orlando, Fl. (65%), and Americus, Ga. (35%), and is expected to be completed by January 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Systems & Electronics, Inc., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $11,137-652 modification to a previously awarded firm fixed price contract N00189-95-C-0333 to exercise an option for 42 high power device test subsystems to augment the radio frequency to the Consolidated Automated Support Systems; 15 self-test/calibration operational test program sets; 18 APG-65 operational test program sets; one AWG-9 operational test program set; one ALQ-99 operational test program set and four APS-137 operational test program sets to test high power weapon replaceable assemblies and shop replaceable assemblies. Work will be performed in Sanford, Fl. (80%) and St. Louis, Mo. (20%), and is expected to be completed by October 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Sentel Corp., Alexandria, Va., is being awarded a $9,881,415 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for technical computer engineering, software development, test support and research engineering for the Systems Research and Technology (B) Department, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. Work will be performed in Dahlgren, Va., and is expected to be completed by November 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va., is the contracting activity (N00178-01-D-3019).

ARMY

The Dewey Electronics Corp.*, Oakland, N.J., is being awarded $11,237,450 as part of firm-fixed-price contract DAAK01-96-D-0072, for 2,092 military tactical generator sets (2 kilowatt/60 hertz, alternating current). Work will be performed in Oakland, N.J., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were ten bids solicited on March 22, 1996, and eight bids were received. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

NLX Corp., Sterling, Va., was awarded on Nov. 17, 2000, a $5,829,635 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for design, development, test & management of modifications to the Training System and Weapon System Trainer/Maintenance Trainer supporting the B-1 aircraft. This modification will maintain trainer concurrency with the B-1 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is December 2002.
