ARMY

Trak International Inc., Port Washington, Wis., is being awarded a delivery order amount of $5,103,036 as part of a $155,150,494 firm-fixed-price contract for 40 All Terrain Lifter Army System Rough Terrain Forklift Vehicles. Work will be performed in Port Washington, Wis., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 17 bids solicited on Nov. 17, 1994, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-95-D-R012).

Vistas Construction of Illinois, Chicago, Ill., was awarded on Oct. 24, 2002, a $5,000 increment as part of a $12,497,471 firm-fixed-price contract for Chicago shoreline damage reduction. Work will be performed in Chicago, Ill., and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 34 bids solicited on Aug. 21, 2002, and six bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (DACW27-03-C-0001).

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $43,257,562 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for the purchase of 142 Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missiles (Air Intercept Missile - 120 C5 and C7 missiles) among U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and foreign military sales customers, 11 Missiles Warranties, 1 Lot of C5 Spares of foreign military sales, and 2 Lots of foreign military offset administration. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by August 2004. The Counterair Joint Systems Program Office, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08635-02-C-0001-P00007).

The Boeing Co., Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $11,700,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification for the B-2 Aircraft/Weapons/Electronics (A/W/E) to enable Air Force Mission Support System to provide the B-2 mission products and the loading of data loads required by both the B-2 air Vehicle and the Aircrew Training Device to execute their mission. Air Force Mission support System is the common air mission planner for the United States Air Force and United States Special Operations Command, providing automated mission planning, materials preparation, and post mission debriefing capabilities. The action, release 4.1, provides upgrades to the B-2 A/W/E that includes Link 16 mission planning capability, supports integrated functional capability and provides flight test training. Currently, $564,000 of the funds are obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by September 2004. Solicitation began July 2002 and Negotiations were completed October 2002. The Headquarters Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-02-C-0093).
