DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Theodor Wille Intertrade GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, is being awarded a $26,076,223 firm-fixed price indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution under the Prime Vendor program. Two hundred thirty-three proposals were solicited, and five were received. Work will be performed in Valdosta, Ga.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Bischofsheim, Germany; and Newmarket, United Kingdom, and is expected to be completed by June 7, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-98-D-2950).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $17,741,742 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for the Beam Control Test Program in support of the Space Based Laser program. This effort includes beam control testing of the Alpha Hydrogen Fluoride Laser and design and construction of Beam Profile Special Test Equipment. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 1999. Solicitation issue date was Dec. 14, 1998. Negotiation completion date was April 1, 1999. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-99-C-0030).

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company, King of Prussia, Pa., is being awarded a $6,926,481 face value increase to a fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract to provide for on-orbit operations through December 1999 for the Global Positioning System Block IIR satellite. Expected contract completion date is December 1999. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-89-C-0073-P00182).

NAVY

AlliedSignal Technical Services Corp., Columbia, Md., is being awarded a $9,945,012 time-and-material, indefinite-quantity/indefinite-delivery contract to provide engineering, technical and management support services as required by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston to support C4I programs and projects. Sponsors include Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command; joint commands such as the U.S. Atlantic Command, U.S. Pacific Command, U.S. Southern Command and U.S. European Command; as well commander in chief, U.S. Naval Forces Europe; and associated type commanders. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va. (70%), and Charleston, S.C. (30%), and is expected to be completed by January 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare System Center Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N65236-99-D-6706).
