NAVY

Raytheon Missile Systems Co., doing business as Raytheon Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $224,551,123 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-fee contract (N00019-02-C-3205) to exercise an option for the low rate initial production of 167 Tactical Tomahawk All Up Round Missiles, including engineering technical support and special tooling and special test equipment. Work will be performed in Tucson (33.3 percent); Ogden, Utah (15.6 percent); Camden, Ark. (7.8 percent); Fort Wayne, Ind. (6.1 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (5.5 percent); Clearwater, Fla. (5 percent); Westminster, Colo. (2.7 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (2.6 percent); Largo, Fla. (2.3 percent); Glenrothes, Scotland (2.1 percent); Anniston, Ala. (2.1 percent); Ontario, Calif. (2 percent); Aurora, Ohio (1.9 percent); Ontario, Canada (1.8 percent); Middletown, Conn. (1.6 percent); Sherman, Texas (1.5 percent); East Aurora, N.Y. (1.4 percent); Warrington, Pa. (1.2 percent); Bohemia, N.Y. (1 percent); Minneapolis, Minn. (.9 percent); Spanish Fork, Utah (.7 percent); Wallingford, Conn. (.7 percent); and Mesa, Ariz. (.2 percent) and is to be completed in August 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Dyncorp International, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded an $11,600,000 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity time and materials contract (N00019-02-D-3208) to exercise an option for organizational, intermediate, and depot level aircraft maintenance and modification support for the V-22 Integrated Test Team. Work will be performed at Patuxent River, Md., and is to be completed in December 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARINC Inc., San Diego is being awarded a $5,729,103 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for the evolutionary development of the Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI), to include technical support of the development of new interface and display requirements, and new NAVSSI system configurations. Tasking may also include system updates in response to fleet-generated trouble reports, to include hardware, software and firmware solutions to assigned problems. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $9,826,613. Work will be performed in San Diego and is to be completed by January 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through the Federal Business Opportunities Web site and the Space and Naval War Systems Command E-Commerce Web site, with one offer received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego is the contracting activity (N66001-03-D-5020).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Spectrum Astro Inc., Gilbert, Ariz., is being awarded a cost-plus-award-fee contract modification to deliver a spacecraft and perform mission integration necessary to collect Near Field Infra-Red Experiment data for the Kinetic Energy Interceptors Program. The spacecraft will perform a series of near field infra-red engagements primarily collecting plume, hardbody and background data to develop homing algorithms for boost phase endgame and models supporting the development of a boost and ascent phase capability. The period of performance for this award is from January 2003 through Aug. 15, 2004. The value of this contract modification is not to exceed $34,400,000.
