DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Phillips Petroleum Company, Bartlesville, Oklahoma is being awarded an estimated $5,030,802 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 aviation turbine fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Woods Cross, Utah and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1996. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia is the contracting activity (SP0600-95-D-0467).

Chevron USA, Inc., San Francisco, California is being awarded a $10,106,303 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 aviation turbine fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1996. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia is the contracting activity (SP0600-95-D- 0462).

Amoco Oil Company, Oak Brook, Illinois is being awarded a $29,988,766 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 aviation turbine fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Conoco Oil, Inc., Houston, Texas is being awarded a $13,481,418 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 aviation turbine fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Commerce City, Colorado and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1996. Montana Refining Company*, Artesia, New Mexico is being awarded a $8,736,853 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 jet fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Great Falls, Montana and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Hermes Consolidated, Inc.*, d/b/a Wyoming Refining Company, Denver, Colorado is being awarded a $18,240,100 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-8 fuel. Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work will be performed in Newcastle, Wyoming and is expected to be completed by March 31, 1996. NAVY

Boller Construction Company, Inc., Waukegan, Illinois, is being awarded a $6,699,000 firm-fixed-price contract for whole building repairs of Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ's) at the Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois. Work is expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 74 proposals solicited and nine offers received. The Engineering Field Activity Midwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, is the contracting activity (N68950-95-B-9006).

UNITED STATES SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

Rolling Meadows Division of Northrop Electronics Systems International, a subsidiary of the Northrop Grumman Corporation, is being awarded by the United Kingdom (UK) Ministry of Defence a firm-fixed-price contract. USSOCOM requirements comprise $175,000,000.00 of this contract, and include: (1) the development, production, and installation of 60 Directional Infrared Countermeasure (DIRCM) systems for the MC-130E and MC-130H Combat Talons and the AC-130H and AC-130U Spectre Gunships, and (2) the provision for sustainment items to include initial spares, contractor logistics support (CLS), and depot support equipment. The contracting activity is the UK Ministry of Defence, London, England (AES3B-1017L).

AIR FORCE

WANG Laboratories, Incorporated, Federal Systems Division, Bethesda, Maryland, is being awarded a $6,130,000 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract. This contract provides for hardware and software maintenance through 30 Apr 1995 for Air Force users of the Work Information Management Systems, the Service Information Management System, the Base Contracting Automated System, the Distributed Processing for Contractual Input system and for computer systems used by Headquarters, Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Contract is expected to be completed April 1995. Contract funds of $6,130,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
