US EPA REGION 7 INTEGRATED CONTINGENCY PLAN [PDF]
Note: This plan is in PDF format and will require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
This plan integrates the requirements for a Regional Contingency Plan
and the requirements for an Area Contingency Plan. The Region 7 Inland
Area has been defined as the following four states; Iowa, Kansas, Missouri
and Nebraska. This plan also incorporates EPA's response under the Stafford
Act or FEMA's Federal Response Plan.
USEPA Region 7 has also adopted the concept of Sub-area plans. The Sub-area plan takes smaller areas within Region 7 and develops a plan specific to that geographical area. Presently three Sub-area's have been approved and plans completed.
