The EPCRA Enforcement Section is responsible for the administration of the following programs in Region 4:

Emergency Planning & Community Right-To-Know Act under Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA)
Risk Management Program under §112(r) of the Clean Air Act (CAA)
Chemical Release Reporting under §103 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and EPCRA §304
