Revitalizing Old Maui High

In 2002, Friends of Old Maui High in cooperation with Community Work Day, a nonprofit in Hawaii, received an EPA Congressional Special Purpose grant to restore the once beautiful and buzzing high school.
The process involved using green building practices and restoration techniques which resulted in a restored, historic site now used for community events.
