We serve as the Department’s primary advisors and technical experts/senior performance consultants on learning and workforce development initiatives, providing leadership for human capital programs throughout the DOJ. We advise the Chief Human Capital Officer and DOJ top leadership and their respective Components on: planning, directing, and coordinating Department-wide learning and workforce development policies and programs. We ensure that DOJ develops and advocates a culture of continuous learning to attract and retain high performing employees.
