Enforcement
The Region III Federal Facility Program targeted, coordinated, and led more than 20 multi-media Federal Facility inspections since 1990. We conduct approximately two multi-media inspections a year at Federal Facilities. In addition to the Federal Facility multi-media inspections, several single media inspections are completed at Federal Facilities throughout the year. Using the consultative process, enforcement inspections are coordinated with our state partners. The multi-media inspections at Federal Facilities have resulted in enforcement actions including: Notices of Violation, Administrative Orders and Federal Facility Compliance Agreements.
