Welcome to the EPA Region 3 Oil Program website. This website provides information about preventing, preparing and responding to oil spills that occur in and around inland waers of the United States. The Region 3 Oil Program is specifically concerned with preventing and preparing for oil discharges which occur in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
