Status & Trends

Status & Trends provides interactive online programs to view analyses of adult escapement for various spawning aggregations; survival and travel time estimates; Smolt-to-Adult Ratio (SAR) estimates; fish exposure to hydrosystem conditions; Northwest temperature and fish distributions; and Mid Columbia basin salmon passage status.

Inseason Forecasts

Throughout the migration season, we predict the run timing of various juvenile and adult salmon populations as well as water quality conditions at dams throughout the Columbia Basin.

Analysis Tools and Models

CBR has developed many theoretical and empirical analysis tools and models related to fish passage, fish growth, harvest, parameter estimation, and vitality. Downloads are available for most tools and models.

Research & Publications

CBR investigates issues surrounding salmon biology in the Columbia and Snake River basins. Find out about our current research as well as more information about us, staff publications, our newsletter, and contact information.

Library

Library includes the searchable CBR Literature database, subject-specific related sites, and subject bibliographies.
