Federal Facilities Assistance and Enforcement Program
Region I Federal Facility Program Goal
The primary goal of EPA's Federal Facility Enforcement and Assistance/Pollution
Prevention Program is to ensure that all Federal Agencies comply
with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental laws/regulations
and that Federal compliance rates meet or surpass the rest of the
regulated community. EPA New England is focused on ensuring long-term
environmental compliance and will work with Federal Agencies in
both the enforcement and assistance capacities to accomplish this
goal.
