There are four areas to new employee orientation: "Welcome," "The Basics: Learning the Ropes," "The Big Picture," and "The Work Environment." After each of the items in each area has been covered, you and your supervisor should sign and date the appropriate space. When you have successfully completed all of the orientation components, return this form to your servicing personnel office.
