The Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy, Helsinki is pleased to offer you the Embassy Club for this purpose. The Embassy Club facility can seat 40 persons. In case of a cocktail reception, the maximum number of guests is 70. The Embassy Club is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 16:00 - 20:30 (Fridays are negotiable).

- Press Conferences
- Other promotional activities
In our experience, having an event at the U.S. Embassy greatly increases companies' attendance.

What do we charge?
In addition to the catering charges, we charge a basic fee, which covers the following:
- Use of Commercial Service's official invitation cards
- Mailing costs
- Commercial Service staff's assistance
- All necessary paper work
- Security clearances for your guests
- Use of overhead projector, slide projector or VHS video
