The Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) is a program to provide Federal employees with a tax deferred savings program for retirement income. It permits participants to supplement their Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) or Federal Employees’ Retirement System (FERS) retirement benefits by investing in various funds.
