ABSTRACT: The Job Tracking System (JTS) of the Justice Management Division, contains information related to printing, graphics art, and audiovisual work generated by the Department of Justice.

PURPOSE: The information is collected and maintained to track internal requests for printing, graphics art, and audiovisual services and products; and to reconcile the costs associated with the acquisition and production of these items.

ACCESS CONSTRAINTS: The JTS is a closed system used by the staff to process and track job requests and associated costs.

AGENCY PROGRAM: The JTS supports the program needs for all Department of Justice components for printing, graphics art, and audiovisual services and products.

SOURCES OF DATA: The information contained in the JTS data base originates from Department of Justice components requesting printing, graphics art, and audiovisual services and products. Cost data is obtained from invoices provided by the Government Printing Office and vendors that furnish services and products.
