The National Park Service announces the issuance of a concession contract prospectus for operation of a horse camp within Point Reyes National Seashore. The concession operation is seasonal, open from approximately April 1 through November 1, and is located in the Olema Valley of West Marin County. Because annual gross receipts under the existing contract are less than $500,000.00, the Director of the National Park Service has determined that the existing Concessioner is a Preferred Offeror for this contract pursuant to 36 CFR 51.
One ten-year contract will be issued for this commercial service. The response date for the prospectus closes on October 16, 2007. Anyone interested in learning more about this opportunity and how to apply should visit the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov/.
