Eligible applicants: State agencies and other public or nonprofit agencies and organizations, including Indian Tribes and institutions of higher education, are eligible for assistance under the Rehabilitation Long-Term Training program. Deadline for transmittal of applications: December 20, 1996. Deadline for intergovernmental review: February 18, 1997. Applications available: October 23, 1996. Estimated range of awards: $60,000 to $150,000. Estimated average size of award: $95,000. Available funds: $5,250,000. Estimated number of awards: 53.
