How to Order Publications



Ordering items from the NIDA Publications Catalog is as easy as picking up your telephone. Publications include research monographs, clinical reports, surveys, brochures, prevention packets, booklets, and posters. Videos are also available. The sources offer NIDA materials.

A Quick Guide to Catalog Entries

The NIDA Publications Catalog is arranged in general topic areas, such as "Basic Research," "Drug Abuse Treatment," and "Science Education." Publications and other items in a specific topic area are listed in alphabetical order by title. Each entry starts with the item's description and ordering information, followed by a brief summary. Here is a sample entry:

The top lines of each entry include the complete title (in bold type), year of publication, identifier (i.e., brochure, booklet, video, etc.), supplier, ordering numbers, and availability in Spanish. Recent releases are flagged "New!". Releases that are available on the web site are flagged "Online", click on this to go to the document.
