The Pint of Sale disclosures for secuities transactions will result in benfits simmilar to those generated by the advance disclosures required in the real estate mortgage business. Generally lower fees will be paid by consumers and bad practioners will be more readily identified and driven out of the business.
Institute these disclosures as soon as possible.
