I do not think the new rules S7-06-04 should be approved.To comply with the new rules will be extremely costly and burdensome.Ihave just received notice regarding the April 4th,2005 deadline. I would request an extension of this deadline.Ihave not had sufficient time to review the proposal. I would request an additional 30 days to be able to make comments on this propasal.
