As suggested by the SEC, there should be restrictions on
Expense Ratios and Fees. Groups such as Vanguard could
be reasonable examples of well manged funds. Kick backs to brokers or any body else for pushing particular funds, must be fully disclosed and be transparent at all times.
Extravagance among Fund Managers/Family e g Worldcomm
should be monitored.
