I am a small independent investment consultant. All changes you make, while you may be targeting the larger broker dealers, will have a direct impact on me and my business. It is hard enough to try to survive in this industry, but to have these new rules that can potentially cost me business is hard to accept.
Today is the first I heard of these rule changes and the deadline is April 4th. I request that you allow another 30 days to review the new rules regarding file number S7-06-04. This will potentially have a significant impact and feel I should be allowed enough time to review these new rules.
Im sure Im not alone in this request.
