I can only hope that FULL disclosure will be written so that it is EASILY understood, and not in the legal jargon and jibberish we commoners must try to comprehend. I feel that thousands of everyday investors such as myself will be more compelled to read the prospectus and disclosures if they are written in such a way as to be understood. If all that the SEC requires is disclosure and does not mandate that it be written in PLAIN English, all efforts to help investors will be lost. Put the most important information on the first few pages of the prospectus plainly and clearly, then all the ridiculous legal jargon on succeeding pages.
Thank you
