Please extend the time for consideration of the proposed new rules File number S7-06-04..
I understand that this proposal may have unintended consequences and may largely limit the choices that my clients may make. I have not had sufficient time to review this proposal and/or to understand how it may impact my relationship with my broker/dealer and/or my clients. Therefore, I respectfully request the time for consideration of this bill be extended.
