Regarding the SEC proposal on Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosures.
Please extend the comment period on the proposed regulations for Point of Sale & Confirmation Disclosures for at least 30 days. We have not had adequate time for a comprehensive review of the proposed regulations and would like time to review them to we can make comments on them.
It is our fear that they will have far reaching unintended consequences and would like an opportunity to review them and comment.
