12b-1 fees allow small clients, as well as clients who buy and hold to be serviced by financial professionals. It is not in the best interest of investors to eliminate these servicing fees. Eliminating these fees will force financial advisors to be more transaction-oriented in order to make a living. WE SUPPORT THE CONTINUATION OF 12b-1 FEES.
