Dear Sirs,
The fact that all of you have chosen not to answer the many request by the Broker Dealer community for an extension of time to review your proposed regulations smacks of: Smoke-filled back room politics--A.K.A.--Huey Longs method of operation.
If the S.E.C. and the N.A.S.D. continue their Heavy-handed method of regulation--they will wake up one day and have NO INDUSTRY TO REGULATE.
