Spill Tools
Spill Tools (TM) is a set of three programs designed for oil spill planners and responders: the Mechanical Equipment Calculator, the In Situ Burn Calculator, and the Dispersant Mission Planner. All are free of charge.
To learn more about Spill Tools, use the navigation bar at the top and bottom of the page to review these Web sections:

The Spill Tools are Oracle Media Objects (TM) stacks that run on Macintosh computers as well as in Microsoft Windows. To run, they need the runtime application "OMOPlayer" and supporting files, which are distributed with them.
Note: This version of Spill Tools may not be compatible with the latest Macintosh operating system, OS X 10.4 (Tiger), running in Classic. It will not run on Macintosh computers with Intel microprocessors.
