Range-Wide Status Assessment for Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout 2006
Results of a recent status review indicate that Endangered Species Act listing of the Yellowstone cutthroat trout found in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and Nevada, is not warranted at this time. The status review found that stable, viable and self-sustaining populations of the fish are widely distributed throughout its historic range. The following documents provide more information regarding the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's finding.
