C.D. Aliprantis passed away
on February 27, 2009
It is with great sadness that we report that the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the journals Economic Theory and Annals of Finance and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Positivity, passed away. Springer deeply regrets losing one of our most committed editors.
This book provides an introduction to basic as well as advanced macrodynamics, viewed as a disequilibrium theory of fluctuating growth. It offers a rigorous alternative to mainstream macrodynamics with applications to the UK and the US.
