Productivity in the fish and seafoods industry, 1972-90

Modest output growth and limited technological diffusion contributed to the industry's long-term productivity decline. However, rates of growth in output have increased in recent years along with consumer demand. This article profiles productivity trends in fish and seafoods from 1972 to 1990.
