Residents with flood or wind damage are encouraged to fill out the Damage Registration Form as completely as they can and click submit or call 337/721-3839 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  Parish officials will be using the information they receive to assess the need for further state and federal help in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Ike.  Parish Planning and Public Works departments will use the information to help alleviate future flooding and drainage issues. 

 

Calcasieu Parish (pronounced cal-ca-shoo) is located in Southwest Louisiana and has a population of 183,577.  The Police Jury is the governing authority  of the Parish.
