How do I submit an information quality correction request to the
Department of Labor?
An information quality correction request should be made with the
appropriate program office responsible for the information. Submit your request
to the appropriate agency Point of Contact from the chart provided below.
How do I make an administrative appeal?
An administrative appeal should be made to the program office responding
to the original information quality correction request.
Is there a general Department of Labor contact if I do not know
which program office to address my request or appeal to?

Peer Review Agenda
On December 15, 2004, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued
its
Final
Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review (PDF). The Bulletin provides
for agencies to peer review certain types of information before the information
is disseminated to the public. In addition, the Bulletin provides for agencies
to post a peer review agenda on their Web site by June 16, 2005, and update it
