Abstract
This Manual prescribes the requirements and responsibilities for conducting EPA's records management program to ensure that the Agency is in compliance with federal laws and regulations, EPA policies, and best practices. It is intended for Records Liaison Officers and records contacts, but is valuable for all EPA staff performing records management functions.
