Subject: PROXY ACCESS TO CHANGE BYLAWS

December 2, 2007

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been an investor for many years and something of a Captain of Industry, as well.

I am appalled at the way America does business. CEOs take exorbitant and unearned compensation because the shareholders do not have voting rights needed to keep the system in balance. This letter is to inform you that I fully support changes in rules that would allow shareholders to have more proxy access to change company bylaws.

At least give us, the risk takers and source of the funds for many companies, a say in how our hard earned monies are distributed. Anything else smacks of collusion.

Thank you, Captain George M Brereton
