You must use the name of the principal member or the member handling the transaction.
an estate undergoing administration Smith Estate, John

You must use the name for whom the estate is being administered. You must not use the name of the trustee, receiver, administrator, or executor of the estate.
a corporation or partnership Smith Lumber Company
