acquires only an interest in land
 

For example, acquiring a road easement from John Smith

You must use the list in Exhibit 13 to assign the capital letter(s) identifying the type of land interest
acquires only an interest in land for two or more tracts

For example, acquiring a Waterfowl Production Area easement on three tracts.

grants or conveys a right-of-way or use right (See 50 CFR, Part 29)
