eeBuildings Case Study: No-Cost and Low-Cost Lighting Improvements at Ciro’s Plaza, Shanghai. On-site management staff of Ciro’s Plaza, a 52,000 square meter building in the Huang Pu district of Shanghai, participated in an eeBuildings training on no-cost and low-cost energy-efficiency measures for commercial buildings. Following the training, the building management team implemented a variety of no-cost and low-cost lighting improvements, which resulted in annual savings of 435,547 kWh (348,400 RMB or US$43,500).resources to improve your energy efficiency
