Improvement Plan

About Improvement Plans

We are taking the following actions to improve the performance of the program:

  • Increasing outreach efforts to broaden the base of applicants to include areas of science that address anti-terrorism gaps.
  • Developing a 5 year plan that lays out the planned activities and milestones. The plan is updated on an annual basis and feeds into the larger document developed by the S&T Directorate.
  • Transitioning into the DHS IT staging environment which will provide accredited and certified systems and lower operating cost.
