2006 Annual Report 4d.Progress report. This report serves to document research conducted under Specific Cooperative Agreement between ARS and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Additional details of research can be found in the report for the parent project 5410-32000-014-00D Vector Competence and Protection of U.S. Livestock and Wildlife from Arthropod-borne Diseases. This is a new international cooperative project and the cooperator has just recently received the initial funds to start the project. The cooperator is evaluating reagents they have available. Additional reagents have been obtain through other collaborators. The cooperator is currently recruiting staff to necessary for this project.
