Best Management Practices (BMP) and Treatment Technologies Clearinghouse
Sources of nitrogen and phosphorus are controlled using best management practices for non-point sources and treatment technologies for point sources. EPA has collected information about BMPs and treatment for use by states in determining how nitrogen and phosphorus can be controlled.
