Model Rules of Professional Conduct is
available on the website of the
American Bar Association (ABA).
The ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, including Preamble, Scope, Terminology and Comment, were adopted by the ABA House
of Delegates on August 2, 1983, and amended in 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998,
2000, and 2002. A link to the Subject Matter Index is included on the ABA Model Rules webpage.
Each Rule has its own link and all rules are divided into topics as follows:

Another online resource is the
Cornell University Legal Information Institute (LII),
which provides acess to the current and pre-2002 editions of the
ABA Models Rules of Professional Conduct
through its
American Legal Ethics Library.
To access the 2002 edition only, LII's American Legal Ethics Library provides
ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (2004),
as passed by the American Bar Association, House of Delegates on February 5, 2002 and amended in August 2002.
The Wirtz Labor Law Library has in its print collection a copy of the
1999 edition of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct in the Legal Ready Reference area (Call No. KF306.M63).
