About Annual Reporting
As a WaterSense partner, part of your commitment is to check in
with EPA on an annual basis regarding your promotional activities,
incentive programs, and overall achievements. WaterSense uses this
information to track progress, identify potential case studies,
and improve the WaterSense program.
How to Submit Annual Reports
- Complete the Promotional
Partner Annual Reporting (PDF) (2 pp, 152K, About PDF)
form.

Annual Reporting and WaterSense Awards
Submitting an annual report is also a requirement if you apply
for a WaterSense award. The deadline to submit annual reports
to WaterSense was March 2, 2009. The deadline to return the completed
award application to EPA was April 17, 2009.
While the award application is separate from the annual report
form, much of the same data collected for the annual report can
also be used to apply for an award. Please note that submitting
an award application is optional.
