EPA Audit Policy
Facilities which voluntarily discover, promptly disclose, and quickly correct their environmental violations can reduce or eliminate civil penalties under this policy.

Small Business Compliance & Enforcement
The Small Business Compliance Policy promotes environmental compliance among small businesses.

 

 Performance Track
 

The National Environmental Performance Track Program motivates and rewards top environmental performers. The program recognizes facilities that have consistently met their legal requirements and implemented high-quality environmental management systems, while it encourages continual improvement and public involvement.
