Duquesne Light Company

Duquesne Light is an energy services company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that serves more than 600,000 direct customers throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. The mission of Duquesne Light's Vegetation Management Program is to manage vegetation growing on the distribution and transmission system right-of-ways, in a manner consistent with safe and reliable electric service. Duquesne Light strives to minimize long-term cost and preserve the environmental quality of the area through effective and efficient management practices that are in harmony with the existing land uses. Duquesne Light's Vegetation Management Department is an integral component of Duquesne Light's success, notably in the areas of reliability and customer service.
