Objective:
Strenghthen the cooperation between the participants in a collaborative effort in food safety with a focus on non-thermal and emerging "novel" food processing technologies.
Approach:
The Participants may establish a Steering Committee to ensure proper and effective implementation of this MOU and to regularly review the relationship.
The Participants will negotiate in good faith to resolve any dispute that arises between them and, if necessary, will refer the dispute to the Chief Executives of each of the Participants.
